After practicing at several renowned hospitals as a Clinical psychologist for 6 years,I changed tracks to teach psychology in an IB school. It has been six years since and I continue to evolve and grow as a TOK and Psychology facilitator.
The trajectory of my learning and teaching has been influenced by being a practitioner of 'Mindfulness in teaching and learning'.
The global pandemic compelled facilitators to transform the approaches to teach course content, strike a balance between synchronous and asynchronous learning time, amend the assessment and feedback tools.I have made an attempt to marshal existing resources and develop new ones and encourage students to embrace the evolving pedagogical modalities with aplomb.
